What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, your appointment details, any notes you choose to share, and beverage orders. When you buy a package, your mobile number is verified by one-time code and used to hold your credits.

How we use it

Your details are used to manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders by email (and WhatsApp where enabled), maintain your package credits, and issue GST invoices. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers. See Razorpay’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Retention & your rights

Booking and invoice records are retained as required for accounting and tax law. To access, correct or delete your personal information, contact us using the details on the contact pageand we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
