Rescheduling & cancellation

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the booking deposit / class credit.

Refunds

Where a refund is due — a cancellation made in time, or a session we are unable to provide — it is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Booking deposits for late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited, as are package credits for late-cancelled or missed classes.

Packages

Package credits expire on the date shown at purchase and are non-transferable. Unused credits are not refundable after purchase except where required by law.

Beverages

Drinks ordered with a booking are prepared for the end of your session; if your booking is cancelled in time, any drinks paid online are refunded with it.
